Francisco Fernández

He is the CEO of Bodegas Pago de La Jaraba and president of the Union of Certified Pago Wines. After completing a degree in Chemical Engineering and spending five years developing original equipment machinery in the field of metal extrusion, he decided to try his luck in the laboratory of the family business during the harvest season.

He then went on to complete a Master's degree in Oenology, studying viticulture and wine marketing in more depth. He has since been running Pago de La Jaraba with a firm commitment to producing better and better products (wine, cheese and oil) through research, innovation and ever-greater sustainability. Nestled between Villarrobledo and El Provencio, La Jaraba's historic site has unique qualities, and the excellence of its wines is a testament to this.
