To gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the restaurant business, she has worked in large kitchens such as Casa Marcial and El Bohío, as well as in the front of house at La Tasquería de Javi Estévez. She enjoys showcasing products and developing recipes and ideas around them, ensuring they reach and delight as many people as possible. Despite having a degree in Economic Analysis, her life changed after her time on MasterChef when she decided that gastronomy was her calling.

She now writes about restaurants and recipes for various media outlets and works as a gastronomic consultant.
