Jesús Quirós is the fifth-generation owner of the historic Pastelería La Rosa, established in Alcázar de San Juan in 1917. Having trained at the EPGB in Barcelona, he is renowned for his signature pastries, which combine technical precision, respect for raw ingredients, and a commitment to innovation.
He was recognised as the Best Master Chocolatier in Spain at the 2025 Spanish World Chocolate Masters and will represent Spain in the 2026 world final in Paris.
