Chef at La Rabiosa (Alcázar de San Juan, Ciudad Real, Spain)

Born in Consuegra and now based in Alcázar de San Juan, he studied cooking at the Higher School of Gastronomy in Toledo. He was a finalist in the New Talents in Gastronomy competition in 2009 and has worked in the kitchens of renowned chefs such as Paco Roncero, Iván Cerdeño, Óscar Velasco and Abraham García at Viridiana.
He finally decided to open his own business, La Rabiosa, offering the finest produce from Castilla-La Mancha in the form of market-fresh cuisine.
