The WFTA is a global non-profit, non-political organisation whose mission is to facilitate travellers’ discovery and appreciation of unique culinary cultures by working with destination marketers and their stakeholders.
With nearly three decades of experience, Erik has dedicated his career to preserving and promoting the world’s culinary heritage, helping destinations, governments, and artisans showcase their distinctive culinary traditions.
