Sandra Luque, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, is one of the professionals who best represents the new generation of wine experts in Castilla-La Mancha. She is capable of combining agronomic knowledge of the vineyard, oenological excellence, and a strategic vision focused on the consumer experience.
She is currently the technical director at Pago del Vicario, one of the most renowned winemaking projects in the region. As technical director, she is involved in every step of the process that defines the identity of the winery’s wines, from vineyard management to final production.
Alongside her work at the winery, Sandra has played a significant role in wine education. She regularly participates in tastings, seminars, and other educational activities, bringing the world of wine to the general public and combining technical rigour with teaching skills.
