TOURISM, GASTRONOMY AND IDENTITY

From 8 to 11 June, in Castilla-La Mancha, Discover-Eat 2025 is born, the first international forum that unites tourism, gastronomy, identity and sustainable development in rural environments. A meeting place for chefs, producers, tourism experts, communicators and agents of change, united by the same mission: to vindicate the value of the local to connect tourism with the territory through flavour, culture and landscape. From the windmills of Campo de Criptana or Alcázar de San Juan to the wine lands of Tomelloso, the forum proposes an immersive journey through a gastronomy that tells stories, activates territories and connects tradition and innovation. Because the future of gastronomic tourism is also being written in the villages.
