From 29 June to 1 July 2026, Sigüenza will host the second edition of Discovereat, the international forum that brings together tourism, gastronomy, identity and regional development in rural areas. Over three days, chefs, producers, hoteliers, tourism experts, media professionals and leaders of innovative projects will share experiences and initiatives that are transforming regions through gastronomy.

Set in a stunning location that combines historical heritage, landscape, culture and culinary tradition, Discovereat offers an immersion in the latest trends in gastronomic tourism: from regenerative tourism and the development of regional brands to wine tourism, astro-tourism and culinary experiences linked to local identity.
