As the owner and manager of a business group specialising in the hospitality sector, he has gained extensive experience in management, catering and the creation of culinary concepts.

His group comprises Anywhere, which specialises in catering and event organisation; UrbanoAdvice, a consultancy firm specialising in advising hospitality and catering establishments; Taberna Fogaril, the venture with which he began his entrepreneurial journey and to which he remains particularly attached; and Capitán 37, his most recent and avant-garde venture.

The experience he has gained at the helm of these establishments has enabled him to perfect a style of cooking based on practical experience and continuous improvement. All his recipes have been developed and tested in his own restaurants, reflecting a philosophy that combines technical expertise, creativity and a rigorous pursuit of quality.
