The world's best chef in 2023 has established a culinary laboratory in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, 50 kilometres from Cusco. Here, you can enjoy a distinctive dining experience inspired by the ancient customs of the local communities. In the heart of the Andes lies one of the world's most unique restaurants, Mil Centro. This family-run business, overseen by the chef's wife and sister, has brought to life a restaurant concept centred on research. The chef's understanding of gastronomy is built on the cornerstones of the ingredients and his work with communities from different perspectives — food, culture, traditions, history, sustainability and craftsmanship.
